Almeria

Almeria is a province of contrasts in which we offer brand new property on the coast at San Juan de Los Terreros near Pulpi where a new development of a typically traditional style of Spanish village is being built. Playa Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar Costa offer holiday apartments and duplexes right on the beach with all the services you will require; myriad bars, restaurants, supermarkets.

If you prefer to be inland then have a good look at the beautiful Almanzora Valley around the towns of Zurgena, Arboleas, Albox and Oria where we offer a number of new developments of villas, apartments and townhouses.

A little further into Almeria on the road to Granada we have some rather special cortijos and fincas available, some reformed others ripe for renovation, in and around Velez Rubio, Velez Blanco, Castril and Huescar. Great country living within an hour of Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

We also have many country house properties for renovation on the border of Almeria and Murcia around Almendricos, Puerto Lumbreras and Librilla. This is a good time to be investing here as the new coastal motorway starts to be constructed over the next couple of years thereby opening up an area that has, hitherto, been a little difficult to access.
